"The Truth Lies Beneath" is an installation consisting of a heavy red curtain suspended in space, directly evoking the aesthetic of a theatrical stage drape. The uninterrupted fall of the fabric acts as a strict visual barrier, disrupted only at floor level where a pair of polished black leather shoes emerges from beneath the hem. The composition deliberately constructs a moment of suspended narrative. Rather than revealing a subject, the work operates through the tension of concealment.
