The sculpture operates as a closed-loop water fountain. Resting on a white pedestal is a skin-colored silicone male masturbator, molded into the shape of the lower half of a face. A stream of water shoots from the object's mouth, falls, and is continuously recirculated by a water pump. The piece materializes the premise of its title: the inevitability of truth and its permanence through a continuous cycle. By replacing a traditional fountain spout with an object of sexual consumption, the work introduces a metaphor regarding the exploitative nature of this return.
